Overview of UV machine
UV machine is mainly used for curing UV ink printed on the surface of various plane objects. This product adopts closed structure and conveyer belt transmission mode. During use, the speed of conveyor belt and the requirements of UV lamp and object irradiation can be adjusted according to the different size of objects and material technology, so as to improve the light and solid effect of the workpiece. The top of the product is equipped with a ventilating device, which can eliminate the heat in the indoor light fixation to extend the service life of the lamp.

UV machine instructions
1.Connect the power cord to the wiring bar of the electrical box correctly (three-phase five-wire system)
2.Turn on the power switch, the power indicator is on, and the machine is in standby state
3.Start the conveyor belt, network belt operation, please adjust the speed control knob according to the product requirements, so that the network belt operation speed is appropriate
4.Start exhaust (to protect UV lamp, it will automatically start up and shut down for about 2 minutes)
5.Start UV1, UV2, UV3, UV4 in sequence
The shutdown process reverses the above steps (turn off the panel power switch until the exhaust automatically delays the shutdown)

Notes for use of UV machine
1.After the lamp tube is lit, it usually takes 3~5 minutes to work steadily and reach the normal power output. Restart after the lights are off and wait 5~10 minutes for the lights to cool down before restarting.
2.Do not touch the luminescent part of the lamp with the hand when loading and unloading lamp (quartz tube), lest discharge tube loses influence light output completely, the luminescent place that wiases the lamp with alcohol before installing the lamp, wipe regularly after can prolong the service life of the lamp.
3.Avoid direct exposure of light to the skin during use, and do not look directly at the lighted tube with your eyes, so as not to burn your eyes
4.When the fan is not normal, do not use, so as not to burn out the UV lamp
5.In order to prevent premature aging of UV lamp, the power supply cannot be cut off immediately after the lamp is turned off. The power supply must be cut off after the fan automatically delays the shutdown
6.The normal use time of the lamp is about 800-1000 hours. When the light fixation effect is obviously decreased or the light intensity is obviously insufficient, please replace the UV lamp.
