Please ensure that the air circulation of the air inlet and outlet of the drive is smooth, and there is no dust or foreign matter blocking the air inlet and outlet. Otherwise, the stability of the drive will be affected.
For the air-cooled light source, please ensure that the air circulation of the inlet and outlet of the irradiation head is smooth, and there is no dust or foreign matter blocking the air inlet and outlet. Otherwise, the light intensity may be affected and the service life of the LED light source may be affected.
For water-cooled light sources, the water-cooled machine must use distilled or purified water and replace the distilled water every quarter. Please do not use tap water, because tap water contains a lot of impurity ions and oxygen, which will lead to electrochemical corrosion of water-cooled plates and chemical precipitation (scale), which will reduce the heat dissipation effect of the water-cooling system, and the illumination and life of the light source will decrease.
In order to ensure the smooth flow of each inlet and outlet of the drive, the illuminating head and the water cooler, please clean the dust of each inlet and outlet every week according to the usage environment.
In order to ensure the light intensity and uniformity of light, please wipe the glass lens of the light-emitting surface once a month according to the use of dirt.
The maximum bending radius of the connecting line between the head and the driver is 7 times the diameter of the connecting line. Please do not over-bend the connecting line to avoid the connection line failure.
