Product description
It is a machine that generates high-voltage current in the starting line due to the cooperation of the trigger, so that the lamp discharges and starts, and acts to limit the current of the lamp. The ballast is ionized by two functions, such as a gas that begins to recoil the UV lamp and limits the current. It is made of imported silicon steel sheet, with stable performance, high efficiency and low consumption. It is an ideal power source for exploding plate, screen printing and printing.
Product function
In the starting line, the UV ballast generates a high-voltage current due to the cooperation of the trigger, so that the lamp discharge starts, and the lamp current is limited in the working line. The ballast has two functions, such as gas ionization UV lamps that begin to recoil and limit current. The ballast provides a high initial voltage that produces an arc and then limits the current to prevent the lamp from self-destructing. The ballast of the lamp can be magnetic or electronic.
Magnetic ballasts are used to activate UV lamps, or they can be standard electromagnetic waves or electromagnetically efficient. The ballast has sufficient voltage to provide a time-delayed inductive recoil ionized gas mixture, after which the current through the tube keeps the filament energized. The soft starter loops until the light is on. Although the lamp, the preheating ballast is just an inductor, which has an appropriate impedance at 60 Hz, with current limiting to the UV lamp for the appropriate value. The ballast should be fairly lightly matched in terms of the wattage, length and diameter of the tube. There are generally two types of ballasts, iron ballasts and electronic ballasts.
